 One-component water-based anti-corrosion paint for metal. It is used for protection, decorative finishing and effective thermal insulation of hot and cold water supply pipelines, steam pipelines, air ducts for air conditioning systems, cooling systems, various containers, tanks, refrigerators, trailers and other objects. Prevents the formation of condensation and effectively reflects heat radiation, for example, on roofs, preventing heating of the interior. Protects the treated surface from corrosion.

 Properties: Provides additional thermal insulation properties, protects the metal surface, preserving and extending the service life of products. Reflects heat radiation. Protects personnel coming into contact with hot pipelines from burns. Reduces water absorption of the surface, prevents the formation of condensation on cold surfaces. Prevents corrosion of metal surfaces.
 Substrate: The paint can be applied to dry, clean substrates. The presence of moisture or condensation on the surfaces to be painted is not allowed. Metal surfaces to be painted must be thoroughly cleaned from dirt, oil and rust. Remove fragile parts, old coatings, rust without leaving a wire brush. Degrease heavily oiled surfaces with a solvent, wash off light contamination with synthetic detergents. In each specific case, the preparation of the surface for painting should be individual.
 Application: Before applying to the surface, stir the paint until smooth. Mixing is carried out manually, mechanically, or using a mixer (electric drill with a stirrer) at low speed (150-200 rpm) for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous mass is formed.
 ATTENTION! High stirrer speeds can destroy the microspheres!
 If it is necessary to reduce the viscosity, the agent is diluted with water no more than 5%. The paint is applied using high-pressure airless painting units with a nozzle diameter of at least 2 mm at a maximum pressure of 60-80 atm. You can also apply the material with a soft brush. The coating should be applied in cross layers 0.5-1 mm thick, not less than 3-5 layers. Drying time for each layer is at least 60 minutes.
 Tinting: Any water-dispersive color of the Kaizer brand. Do not tint in dark colors. The addition of a large amount of pigment can reduce the thermal insulation properties of the paint.
 Cleaning of working tools: Immediately after completion of work, rinse with water.
 Storage: In a cool, frost-protected place at temperatures above + 5 ° C. Store opened packaging tightly sealed. Delamination of the product is allowed during long-term storage. Shelf life in the original packaging of the manufacturer is 12 months.
 Packing: 5 l, 10 l, 20 l.
 Consumption: About 0.5 l / m2. Consumption depends on the type of surface and the method of application. The exact consumption is determined by a trial application on site.
 Drying time: Complete drying of the coating at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C and a relative humidity of no more than 80% - not less than 24 hours. And finally, the coating acquires operational properties after 28 days.
 At lower temperatures and higher humidity, the drying time is correspondingly longer.
 Processing temperature: Operating temperature range from + 5 ° C to + 150 ° C
 Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water. Do not empty into drains.
