 One-component, universal, water-based heat-insulating paint is used for the protection and decorative finishing of external and internal wood, brick, concrete, plastered surfaces. Prevents the formation of condensation and effectively reflects heat radiation, for example, on roofs, preventing heating of the interior. It is applicable as a heater for floors, etc. It can be used as a sound-insulating layer under wallpaper and floor coverings.

 Properties: Provides additional thermal insulation properties, protects the surface, preserving and extending the service life. Reflects heat radiation. Reduces water absorption of the surface and at the same time is not a barrier for steam (the wall "breathes"). Prevents condensation from forming on cold surfaces. Possesses soundproofing properties.
 Substrate: The paint can be applied to all durable substrates. The presence of moisture or condensation on the surfaces to be painted is not allowed. Remove fragile parts, old coatings without residue. Cracks must be technically correct and well insulated. Prime freshly repaired with plaster. Treat intensively moisture-absorbing substrates with Kaizer's Wasserstop 1:10 primer-concentrate diluted according to its technical description. In each specific case, the preparation of the surface for painting should be individual.
 Application: Before applying to the surface, stir the paint until smooth. Mixing is carried out manually, mechanically, or using a mixer (electric drill with a stirrer) at low speed (150-200 rpm) for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous mass is formed.
 ATTENTION! High stirrer speeds can destroy the microspheres!
 If it is necessary to reduce the viscosity, the agent is diluted with water no more than 5%. The paint is applied using high-pressure airless painting units with a nozzle diameter of at least 2 mm at a maximum pressure of 60-80 atm. You can also apply the material with a soft brush. The coating should be applied in cross layers 0.5-1 mm thick, not less than 3-5 layers. Drying time for each layer is at least 60 minutes.
 After drying, the Kaizer brand Fix Spachtel is applied to the surface of the insulation, sanded, primed with Kaizer Putzgrundharter 1: 4 primer and painted with any Kaizer water-based paint. It is also possible to finish with Kaizer decorative materials and plasters. For use under wallpaper, the thermal insulation is applied evenly with a spatula in 2-3 layers, and after complete drying, it is pasted over with wallpaper.
 Tinting: Any water-dispersive color of the Kaizer brand. Do not tint in dark colors. The addition of a large amount of pigment can reduce the thermal insulation properties of the paint.
 Cleaning of working tools : Immediately after completion of work, rinse with water. Storage: In a cool, frost-protected place at temperatures above + 5 ° C. Store opened packaging tightly sealed. Delamination of the product is allowed during long-term storage.
 Shelf life in the original packaging of the manufacturer is 12 months. Packing: 5 l, 10 l, 20 l. Consumption: About 0.5 l / m2. Consumption depends on the type of surface and the method of application. The exact consumption is determined by a trial application on site. Drying time: Complete drying of the coating at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C and a relative humidity of no more than 80% - not less than 24 hours. And finally, the coating acquires operational properties after 28 days. At lower temperatures and higher humidity, the drying time is correspondingly longer.
 Processing temperature: Operating temperature range from + 5 ° C to + 120 ° C
