 Application:

 Application area:

 Properties:
 Possesses high adhesion, does not exfoliate, vapor permeable. Suitable for dry sanding, elastic application and smoothening. High filling capacity and stability. Very good and easy to apply, does not crack or shrink. The formed surface "breathes", allows air and water vapor to pass through.
 Base:
 The surfaces must be dry and sound. Loose coatings should be removed without residue. For better adhesion, prime the surface with Kaizer Quarzgrund.
 Attention!
 Surfaces that are wet for a long time are unsuitable as a base for putty.
 Application procedure:
 Stir the plaster before use, dilute with water up to 5% if necessary. The material is applied in uniform stripes - first horizontal, then vertical, in order to achieve an even surface coverage. The distance from the surface to be coated to the nozzle is at least 50 - 60 cm. Sagging is not allowed. When plastering the surface under the "shell rock", using the "spray" method, the first layer is applied under high pressure with a 6 mm nozzle. The second layer is applied after the first is completely dry, using less pressure, in larger drops. 5-10 minutes after application, the second layer is smoothed with a metal spatula or a paste moistened with water. The combination of light and dark tones of plaster gives the effect of "shell rock" or "cork wood". Surfaces treated in this way can be topcoated for a glossy finish, indoors with pearlescent paints, and on facades with Kaizer's Acryl Effect K-44.
 Equipment requirements for machine application:
 1. The compressor must be equipped with a receiver with a volume of at least 30 liters, capable of maintaining an operating pressure of 7 atm. when working with a gun for applying decorative plasters.
 2. A gun for applying decorative plaster should have replaceable nozzles with a hole diameter of 4.6.8 mm, equipped with a shut-off valve and an adjusting rod.
 3. Hoses must withstand pressures up to 15 atm.
 Cleaning of working tools:
 Immediately after use with water.
 Consumption:
 About 1.5 - 2.0 kg / m2, depending on the desired relief thickness.
 Storage:
 In the original packaging of the manufacturer for 12 months. Store in a cool, dry, frost-free place.

 At + 200C and 65% relative humidity for 6 - 8 hours.

 Min. + 50C for base and atmosphere during drying treatment.

 Keep out of the reach of children. Do not inhale vapors when spraying. Ventilate well during and after handling the product. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not empty into drains, waterways or soil.
