 Application:

 Application:
 Ready-to-use, aqueous solution for treating facades and walls damaged by fungi, mold and algae (baths, showers, kitchens, cellars, etc.). The sanitizing solution can be used both for internal and external work (concrete, plaster, putty, brick, etc.).
 Properties:
 An aqueous solution with an effective spectrum of action against microorganisms,
 such as fungi, mold and algae. In addition to killing and preventing the growth of microorganisms, the solution also severely discolours the algae. Do not dilute with water!
 Substrate preparation:
 Substrates must be sound and dry. Carefully remove fragile coatings. Damaged surfaces are cleaned of mold stains with a damp cloth or metal brush.
 Application procedure:
 On prepared cleaned substrates, apply the sanitizing solution with a brush or roller over the entire surface. After 1-2 hours (depending on the damage), the entire surface is treated a second time until saturation. Then let it dry for 24 hours. Then you can proceed to further finishing work.
 Drying time:
 At approx + 20 ° C 24 hours after applying the 2nd layer. At lower temperatures the drying time is correspondingly longer.
 Compatibility:
 Miscible with all synthetic based dispersion paints and coatings.
 General instructions:
 During the processing and drying process, the temperature of the air, the material and the base must be above + 5 ° C. To ensure the good effect of the material, the SanierLösung sanitizing solution should not be mixed with other sanitizing agents.
 Material consumption:
 50-100 g / m2 with moderate absorbency of the substrate and two-layer application. For the most accurate calculation of the consumption in each specific case, it is recommended to carry out a trial priming at the facility.
 Cleaning tools:
 Wash tools immediately after work with water and household detergents.
 Storage:
 Store in a cool, dry, frost-free place. Close opened packaging tightly. Shelf life in the original packaging of the manufacturer is 12 months. Not subject to freezing.
