 Application:

 Application area:
 On all types of plasters, concrete, asbestos cement, gypsum plasterboards. Forms a solid base for wallpaper and coverings. Finishing filling and leveling of all mineral substrates such as concrete, plaster, natural stone, masonry, aerated concrete, wall panels.
 For filling cracks and recesses in plaster, tile joints. For modeling, craftwork and shaping: Once cured, the putty can be cut, sawed, scraped and sanded.
 Not suitable   for filler work on glass, plastic, wood, metal and latex paints.
 Properties:
 Elasticly applied and smoothed. Possesses high adhesion, abrasion resistant, does not exfoliate. Resistant to water, can be used for leveling and creating a smooth surface on facades. Suitable for dry sanding, forms a perfectly smooth and even surface. High filling capacity and stability. In a thin layer, it does not crack and does not shrink. The formed surface "breathes", allows air and water vapor to pass through.
 Base:
 Must be clean, dry, sound and technically properly prepared.
 Loose coatings should be removed without residue. Depending on the substrate and its structure, a suitable primer coat must be applied before filling.
 Application procedure:
 Highly absorbent substrates such as drywall should be primed with Kaizer Putzgrundharter 1: 4. After that, depending on the quality of the surface, apply the filler in one or several layers, no more than 2 mm thick, until a completely smooth, homogeneous surface is obtained. The dried, putty surface can be sanded. To avoid uneven drying of subsequent coatings during repair / repair, it may be necessary to prime the entire surface with Kaizer "Putzgrundharter 1: 4" primer. After complete drying, the surface can be repainted with suitable dispersion paints, latex paints, acrylic varnishes without priming.
 For further application of plasters on a polymer binder, or gluing textile wallpaper and fiberglass, the base must be treated with a deep-penetrating primer "Putzgrundharter 1: 4" brand "Kaizer".
 For decorative application, the filler is applied with a steel trowel to the prepared substrate, and then, with the help of a trowel, the desired structure is formed. After 8-10 hours, depending on the layer thickness, decorative glaze can be applied for the final finishing. On surfaces that are connected to each other, the plaster is applied in one pass, without interruption in the application.
 Cleaning of working tools:
 Immediately after use with water.
 Consumption:
 OK. 1.1 kg / m2 per mm of layer, depending on application method and layer thickness. The exact consumption is determined by a trial application on site.
 Coloring:
 Add max. 5% pigments and mix well.
 Storage:
 Store in a cool, dry, frost-free place. Close the opened packaging well. Shelf life in the original packaging of the manufacturer is 12 months.

 Drying time:
 Depends on the thickness of the layer. The entire filler surface must be dry before overcoating.
 Application temperature:
 +5 ° C to +35 ° C for object and atmosphere during application and drying.
 Security measures:
 Keep out of the reach of children. Do not inhale vapors when spraying. Ventilate well during and after handling the product. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not empty into drains, waterways or soil.

 Attention:
 Surfaces that are wet for a long time are unsuitable as a base for putty.
