Technical description:

Type of material:

Facade plaster for creating decorative finishing of facades and walls inside premises with a structure in the form of grooves - "bark beetle". It is especially recommended for places with increased operational load (walls of flights of stairs and landings, halls, offices, corridors, etc.).

Structure:

Water, acrylic dispersion, titanium dioxide, quartz sand, fillers, additives, preservative.

Color:

  White

Density:

1.8 g / cm3

Grain size:

1.5 mm,

Application:

metal spatula, plastic spatula.

Properties:

Convenient to apply, easy to process, has high adhesion to the base. The resulting coating is weatherproof, resistant to climatic influences and aggressive industrial air pollution, resistant to mechanical stress, with high elasticity and moisture resistance, has good vapor permeability.

Substrate preparation:

Mineral plasters, drywall, concrete, gypsum boards, masonry, asbestos cement, chipboard, fiberboard, plywood can be used as a base.

The base must be clean and sound. Carefully remove any detachments and residues of form-release compound. Fill irregularities with Kaizer Fassadenspachtel or Fix Finish. Surfaces that are highly absorbent of moisture, as well as chalky renders, must be primed with Kaizer Putzgrundharter 1: 4 Concentrated Primer.

Carefully remove the wallpaper, rinse off the remaining paper and glue.

Application:

The substrate should be primed with Kaizer Quarzgrund prior to application. If tinted structural plaster is applied, it is recommended to tint the primer in the same color.

Stir the contents of the bucket vigorously (without beating). Using a stainless steel spatula, apply to the base from bottom to top. Smooth until a layer is reached by the thickness of the grain. Immediately or within 10 minutes (depending on temperature) work with a plastic spatula in the desired direction. The pattern of the coating depends on the direction of the plaster grout.

Tinting:

For light-colored tinting, add up to 2% Kaizer Vollton- und Abtönfarbe. More saturated colors should be ordered directly from the factory or the finished surface should be painted with tinted dispersion paints.

Consumption:

Grain 1.5 mm - approx. 2.2 kg / m2

For a more accurate calculation, a trial application is recommended.

Cleaning tools:

Rinse with water immediately after use.

Note:

Plaster, like all dispersion products, is not recommended to be applied in direct sunlight. The surface and air temperature during application and drying should not be lower than +5 ° C.

Natural aggregates and granulators were used to make the plaster, so slight color fluctuations are possible. Based on this, it is recommended to use materials with the same batch number when decorating an object.

Storage:

Store in a cool, frost-protected place in tightly closed containers for 12 months.

Packing:

15 kg, 25 kg

Drying time:

At a temperature of + 20 ° C and a relative humidity of 65%, the film formation time is 30 - 60 minutes. Complete drying takes place within 2 - 3 days. At lower temperatures and higher humid air, the time readings increase accordingly.

Precautions:

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not inhale vapors when spraying. Ventilate well during and after handling the product. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not empty into drains, waterways or soil.

Disposal:

According to local regulations.
